Authorities say a 59-year-old Gahanna man was killed Friday in a skiing accident at the Snow Trails ski slopes near Mansfield. Witnesses told authorities 59-year-old John Carney hit a pole at high rate of speed while trying to avoid two other skiers. No other information has been released.
