Sheriff's deputies in San Diego, California say a Columbus woman was killed in a car fire in suburban Lakeside earlier this week. Police say the body of 33-year-old Andrea Daves was found in the burning vehicle on Mast Boulevard Wednesday night. Daves was a member of the U.S. Navy stationed in San Diego. Daves was on maternity leave. Officials have not released the cause of death.
