The Dublin City Schools will purchase an Emerald Parkway building for 9.4 million dollars and convert it into the district's fourth high school. The district and the owners of the building have been negotiating a price since last spring, when officials threatened the owners with seizure through eminent domain. The two sides have now settled on a price that was approved this week by the school board. Work on the former Verizon building is expected to begin this summer.
