Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say the driver who caused a fatal crash last Christmas Eve was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. Deputies say 38-year-old Loren Colombini lost control on I-270 in Jackson Township, crossed the median and crashed into another vehicle. Colombini and the other driver, 39-year-old James Music, were killed along with Music's wife Suni and their daughter Mylee.
