Extradition is pending for a man charged in a murder earlier this year who has been arrested in Birmingham, Alabama. Randy Hunter Junior was taken into custody yesterday. He was wanted on charges of murder and felonious assault for the February 22 shooting death of Lonnie Lambert and the wounding of Lambert's 49-year-old wife, Nichelle Lillard, following an argument over loud music on Lilley Avenue.
