Plans are in the works to build a new grandstand at the Fairfield County Fairgrounds.
The grandstand was destroyed by an arson fire last September. Fair organizers say they have 130 thousand dollars to spend on a new structure with bathrooms and a kitchen on site. A ten-thousand dollar reward is being offered for information leading to the arsonist.
