Marion County Sheriff's deputies today resume the search for a kayaker presumed dead after his friend's body was found floating in the Scioto River near Marion. 28-year-old Raymond Williams' kayak was found Monday after the body of 29-year-old Tyler Webb was recovered. Deputies say they launched the crafts near a lowhead dam, which creates a dangerous hydraulic pull that easily traps experienced swimmers.
