Authorities have charged the Pickerington motorist who was shot by a Franklin County Sheriff's deputy last Saturday during a road rage incident on I-270. 32-year-old Justin Hearn is charged with felonious assault and assaulting a police officer. Police say he is hospitalized in stable condition after ramming an SUV then driving the wrong way toward the deputy who tried to help the other motorist.
