Fatal East Side Shooting Is Columbus' 54th Homicide Of The Year

Columbus police are asking for the public's help in solving the murder of an east side man early Saturday. Police say 27-year-old Deaonte Bell was shot and killed at the Nelson Park apartment complex on Maryland Avenue. Police are searching for suspects and a motive. Bell's death is the 54th homicide in Columbus this year. Anyone with information in the case is asked to call Columbus police.
