Whitehall Man Wanted For Kidnapping, Domestic Violence And Other Charges

Whitehall police are searching for a man who allegedly held his ex-wife and daughter at knife point inside of their home on May 25. 49-year-old Arthur McClain III allegedly broke into the home. The two were able to escape unharmed. McClain is wanted on aggravated burglary, kidnapping, domestic violence and aggravated menacing charges.
