Marion police have filed murder charges in death of a man whose body was found Wednesday in an Uncapher Avenue home. Police say 52-year-old Jackie Miller killed 81-year-old Howard Biderman by striking him in the head. Police say Miller told investigators she did it to ward off his sexual advances. Miller is being held on a one-million-dollar bond.
