An appeals court judge has overturned the conviction of a former Circleville fashion model sentenced for trying to hire a hit man to kill her husband's ex-wife. 34-year-old Tara Lambert could be released today after the judge ruled the case should not have been allowed to proceed due to a prosecutor's error in the indictment language. Lambert has spent the past year in prison.
