A Canal Winchester attorney will take over the vacated seat of a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives. House Democrats this week are expected to approve the appointment of Richard Brown to the seat held by Heather Bishoff, who resigned in to move to California with her family. Brown is a former hearing examiner for the Ohio Department of Commerce.
