ODH Confirms State's First West Nile Case

Ohio Department of health officials have confirmed the first human case of West Nile virus in the state this year. A 44-year-old Clermont County man did not require hospitalization and is recovering. 29 Ohio counties have reported West Nile virus this year. Ohio had 17 human cases last year.  The Centers for Disease Control says 28 states have reported more than 200 combined human cases this year.
