Franklin County Will Pay To Remove Road Paint From Some Vehicles

Franklin County is paying to clean yellow road paint off of vehicles in New Albany.  The county engineer's office says weather conditions that prevented road stripes from drying quickly along Central College Road are blamed for the splotches of paint discovered on several vehicles.
