Hebron fire officials are investigating an overnight recycling plant explosion and fire. No injuries are reported out of the blast and fire at the facility owned by Hebron Solvent Recycling Services, part of the Clean Harbors environmental waste management service on Milliken Drive. The facility recycles spent industrial solvents, blends fuels and treats wastewater.
