Victim Of Local Home Explosion Passes Away

One of the two people injured in a home explosion early Monday in Franklin County's Madison Township has passed away. 54-year-old Shelly Williams died Monday at a hospital. 59-year-old Stewart Bell is hospitalized in fair condition. The cause of the explosion at a home in the 33 hundred block of Everson Road East is under investigation.
