Columbus Worker Killed In Industrial Accident

Columbus police and fire officials say a man was killed Thursday in an industrial accident on the southwest side.  Officials say 51-year-old James Saffell was crushed by a forklift in the 53-hundred block of Crosswind Drive.  Foul play is not suspected. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is expected to conduct an investigation.
