Former Ross County Principal Pleads Not Guilty To Abusing Students

A former Ohio high school principal of the year pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of having sex with students.  Former Chillicothe High School principal Jeffrey Fisher was indicted on seven counts for having sex with two students. A judge lowered his bond to 25 thousand dollars pending a January 21 court appearance.
