Funeral arrangements are pending for Cincinnati's first full-term female mayor. Bobbie Sterne died Wednesday in California at the age of 97. Sterne spent more than two decades on City Council and two terms as mayor in 1976 and 1978. She is remembered for her strong support of health services for the poor and LGBT rights.
