Clark County Teacher Indicted For Fatal Accident

A Clark County teacher has been indicted on charges of killing a man in a hit-and-run accident last year.  Kristine Baggs of the Northeastern Local Schools faces vehicular manslaughter and other charges for striking and killing 45-year-old Lawrence Mason in Bethel Township and leaving the scene.
