Licking County Sheriff's deputies say charges will not be filed against the homeowner who shot and killed an intruder over the weekend. Deputies say Donnie Gayheart killed 27-year-old Samuel Beskid II. Deputies say Beskid was the former boyfriend of Gayheart's girlfriend and apparently broke into the home to confront the couple.
