City Chooses Firm To Build Multi-Use Development In Franklinton

Columbus city officials say an Indiana developer has been chosen to build a residential and office complex in the Franklinton area. The firm will break ground next year on a complex that will feature 17 hundred apartments, 150 hotel rooms and nearly a million square feet of office and retail space. The project will be located behind the local science museum.
