A Springfield man has pleaded guilty to charges of having sex with minors in a fire department cadet program. 24-year-old Jonathan Monroe was an instructor in Springfield Township's program when he allegedly assaulted four minors. Sentencing is pending. Monroe's attorney says his client was a juvenile when some of the offenses occurred and some acts were consensual.
