Chillicothe Schools Teacher Killed In One-Vehicle Accident

Pickaway County Sheriff's deputies say a Chillicothe City Schools teacher was killed Wednesday in a crash on State Route 762. Deputies say physical education instructor Alicia Windon lost control, went into a ditch and overturned before striking a utility pole. Deputies believe slick roads caused the crash.
