The former head of a Hebron military equipment supplier has been charged with stealing 1.6 million dollars from the firm. Prosecutors say 67-year-old Yoav Kapah improperly used a company credit card, accepted kickbacks from customers and siphoned funds from ArmorSource LLC starting in 2012. In 2016, the company agreed to pay 3 million dollars to the federal government to settle a lawsuit over substandard combat helmets it provided to the U.S. Army.
