Attorney Gloria Allred has agreed to represent three women who lost eggs when a fertility clinic storage tank at University Hospitals in Cleveland malfunctioned last month, causing the loss of more than 4 thousand eggs and embryos. Allred says her clients are cancer survivors who delayed chemotherapy to undergo fertility treatments.
The clinic has said an alarm system was turned off on the storage tank.
