Columbus Police are investigating the city's 36th homicide of the year.
Police say 51-year-old Mario Dipenti was shot and killed Wednesday at a home on Westmoor Court. Police have charged 30-year-old Joshua Ferrell with murder. Police say the two neighbors were arguing prior to the shooting.
