Lesotho's King Letsie III will give the commencement address at Wittenberg University in Springfield on Saturday.
Wittenberg history professor Scott Rosenberg has taken hundreds of students on service trips to the African nation since his first visit as a Peace Corps Volunteer more than two decades ago. Rosenberg's efforts inspired creation of a student-run organization that has sent over 600 thousand meals to children in Lesotho since 2015.
