Columbus police have identified the wheelchair-bound pedestrian killed Saturday evening while crossing Kanawha Avenue at North High Street.
Police say 50-year-old Dawn Dunlap was struck in a crosswalk by a vehicle driven by 76-year-old Pamela Elwell. It's not clear if any charges will be filed.
