Upper Arlington police say the suspect in the city's first murder in eight years has turned himself in.
51-year-old Jeffery Smith is charged with stabbing and killing 31-year-old Charles McCoy Monday during a fight outside a West Lane Avenue restaurant. Police say the fight resulted from a dispute over a romantic relationship.
