Grand Jury Clears CCS Teacher Of Murder

A Franklin County grand jury has declined to indict a Columbus City Schools teacher for murdering a man during a fight in her Plain Township apartment last April. 

The panel determined Woodward Park Middle School special ed teacher Shanara Culbreath acted in self-defense in killing 41-year-old boyfriend Vincente Mills.
