A hearing is scheduled for this afternoon on the City of Columbus' lawsuit seeking to close what it calls a troubled North High Street carryout.
The city says police have made 150 runs to the High Five Spice Emporium in the last 18 months for problems including public drunkenness, agressive panhandling, property destruction, trespassing, open container violations, persons with weapons, assaults and battery. The owner has yet to comment on the allegations or the lawsuit.
