Charges are pending against an Ohio Highway Patrol trooper accused of recording nude minors in Ashland County.
44-year-old Tyler Anderson was arrested Friday for illegal material of a minor in nudity. Sheriff's deputies say Anderson videotaped underage people as they undressed at his home in 2016.
