Garfield Heights police say two teen siblings were shot and killed by their mother's boyfriend Wednesday night.
The victims are identified as 19-year-old Giselle Lopez and 17-year-old Manuel Lopez Junior. A police spokesperson says the shooting followed a domestic dispute.
Police say they arrested the suspect, 29-year-old Matthew Nicholson, after he held officers at-bay for nearly four hours on Thursday. Nicholson is a security guard at the Federal building in Cleveland.
