Hilliard officials are attempting to recover more than 500 thousand dollars allegedly stolen by a former city employee.
The city has hired two law firms to pursue litigation and recover the money from former Deputy Director of Hilliard Recreation and Parks department Heather Ernst. She allegedly stole more than half a million dollars from two municipal pools.
