Ex-OSU Athlete Who Reported Sexual Misconduct Allegations Sentenced In Unrelated Case
The first former Ohio State University athlete to report allegations of sexual misconduct against a former team doctor has been sentenced on an unrelated criminal charge.
Former wrestler Mike DiSabato will serve six months in jail for telephone harassment. DiSabato was convicted in August after he repeatedly sent text messages to a Dublin area attorney in violation of a cease and desist order. The judge suspended the sentence and placed DiSabato on three years' probation.
