Columbus police have identified the victim of the city's 100th homicide of the year.
Investigators say 28-year-old Taylor Brock was shot and killed last night at an apartment complex on Great Woods Boulevard on the northeast side. Investigators are searching for a motive and suspects. The city recorded 143 homicides in 2017.
