The union representing faculty at Wright State University near Dayton says it will file a ten-day strike notice today after failing to reach a new contract agreement with the school.
The union says negotiations over the past 18 months have been stuck on raises, health insurance and furlough days imposed by Wright State to shore up its bottom line.
