A Franklin County judge has sentenced a former Clintonville chiropractor to 60 consecutive weekends in jail.
This after the judge Tuesday found 45-year-old Ryan Smith guilty of inappropriately touching 22 patients. Prosecutors say Smith groped them after they disrobed at his office. The Columbus City Attorney's office says it sought a tougher sentence. Smith has forfeited his license.
