Franklin County Sheriff's deputies have released the name of the bicyclist killed Sunday night when hit by a vehicle on Sunbury Road.
Deputies say 70-year-old Ernesto Valdespino was hit from behind, and was not wearing a helmet or reflective clothing. Charges are possible against the driver, identified as Leiland Al-Assad. Deputies say he waited at the scene for authorities to arrive.
