A Logan County judge has tossed out part of the confession made by the Bellfontaine woman charged with killing her three young sons over a 13 month period.
The judge says police who interrogated 26-year-old Brittany Pilkington overstepped their bounds. Most of her interrogation will be allowed at trial. Investigators say she told them she was jealous her husband paid more attention to the boys than to her and their daughter. The trial is scheduled for March.
