Former Joyce Campaign Manager Resigns Amid Theft Probe

Highland Heights mayor Scott Coleman resigned yesterday amid an investigation into the theft from Ohio Republican Congressman Dave Joyce's campaign. 

Coleman is the campaign's former treasurer. Joyce claims more than 80 thousand dollars were stolen from his campaign account since 2015.
