Ohio Judge Pleads Guilty To Stealing Money From Deceased Client's Home

A Mahoning County judge accused of stealing at least 100 thousand dollars from a former client has pleaded guilty to charges of mail fraud, making false statements to law enforcement and structiring cash deposit. 

Sentencing is scheduled June 13 for Diane Vettori-Caraballo, who allegedly stole the money from the client's home when the client died in March 2016. Vettori-Caraballo was suspended last year.
