Former Allen County Sheriff Sam Crish has pleaded guilty to taking bribes from drug dealers and people arrested in prostitution and gambling stings.
Prosecutors say Crish also took 50 thousand dollars from someone who was later hired to work at the county jail. Sentencing is pending. Crish resigned as sheriff in 2017 following an FBI raid.
