A white Columbus business owner caught on video using the 'n-word' against a black man during a road rage incident last year was sentenced recently to a suspended six-months in jail and a 500 dollar fine.

The video of Jeffrey Whitman of Uriah’s Heating and Cooling went viral. He pleaded guilty to an ethnic intimidation charge. The victim, Charles Lovett, says Whitman should have been incarcerated.
