Union County Sheriff's deputies have identified the pilot killed Sunday when a small plane crashed into a farm field.
44-year-old Matthew Haydenof Arizona was a former U.S. Air Force pilot en route from Dayton to Delaware when the Cessna 421B went down near U.S. Route 42. The National Transportation Safety Board says it's too early to determine what caused the crash.
