A Columbus woman wanted in connection with a fatal drunk driving crash in 2018 has been arrested in Milton, Florida.
Extradition is pending for Heather Tapia who is charged with killing her passenger when she crashed at Morse Road and Cleveland Avenue last July. Prosecutors say she had twice the legal blood alcohol level at the time and was driving on a suspended license after being convicted of OVI eight times.
