A historic building in Worthington that has been closed since December for renovation is now for sale.
NAI Ohio Equities is asking 3.9 million dollars for the Worthington Inn on High Street. Owners planned to transform it into office, retail, and restaurant space. The oldest portion of the building was constructed in 1831 as a private residence and began operating as a small hotel and restaurant in the 1850s with multiple renovations since 1901. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
