Dispatch Selling Radio And TV Stations

The Dispatch Broadcast Group is selling its television and radio stations in a 535 million dollar deal marking the end of the wealthy Wolfe family media dynasty that's influenced Columbus for more than a century.

The properties are being sold to Virginia-based TEGNA, one of two publicly traded companies created when Gannett Company split in 2015.. It follows sale of the newspaper to GateHouse Media in 2015.
